Whether or not your child is a Dance Daze® student, they can have an awesome birthday party with us! Parents can leave the planning, setup, and cleanup to our talented team of party hosts. You can choose from one of our fun themes such as Hip Hop Happy, Superheroes (Marvel Comics or DC Comics), Beautiful Ballerina, Move and Groove, Pretty Princess, Seasonal, Under the Sea, or you can specialize the day for your child by choosing your own completely customized theme. Parties last for 2 hours and include approximately 45 minutes of dance and 1 hour and 15 minutes of party fun! We’ll be sure to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Base Price: $475 for up to 20 children party guests
Additional Guests: $10 per child (children ages 3 and older)
Included in Base Price:
- A fun 45-minute dance class
- Four large pizzas (2 cheese and 2 pepperoni)
- Tables and table cloths, 30 chairs, plates, utensils, napkins
- Twenty juice boxes and 20 bottled waters
- A half-hour of party games and activities
- Party decorations in your child’s favorite colors or matching your party theme!
Sample Party Schedule:
- 3:30 pm – 3:40 pm: Guests are greeted by Dance Daze Party Hosts as they arrive
- 3:40 pm – 4:25 pm: Party-themed dance lesson, creative movement, and music
- 4:25 pm to 4:45 pm: Guests help themselves to pizza! You may bring your own birthday cake or request a “Piece of Cake Picnic” (cupcakes served picnic style) as an add-on. (See add-on pricing below.)
- 4:45 pm to 4:55 pm: Open presents!
- 4:55 pm – 5:25 pm: Party games!
- 5:25 pm – 5:30 pm: Thank you to guests and group pictures
Add-On the Items Below for An Additional Fee:
- Additional seating: $3 per additional chair beyond 30 chairs
- Additional pizzas: $18 per pizza
- Linens and cloth napkins: $70 (for 20-guest setup)
- Piece of Cake Picnic: $85 (for 20 guests; $4 per cupcake for each additional cupcake)
- Craft activity that matches your party theme: $99
- Personalized, themed coloring book for each guest: $99
- Fresh flowers as table settings: $120
- Costume rental for guests to wear while at the party: $165
- Children’s character/actor: $125 – $195 (for 1 – 2 hours)
Birthday parties must be booked at least 1 month in advance.
There is a $100 non-refundable fee required to reserve your party date. TOTAL PAYMENT is due 2 weeks (14 days) before the date of your party.
Birthday parties are held at the same location where we have our dance classes: 1403 5th Street, Suite D, Davis, CA (Fire Fit Fitness Studio). We do not host in-home birthday parties.
Birthday parties can be booked on Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm or on Sundays from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
